Client Account Manager
Prime Objectives of the Post:
Ultimate Languages is looking for an experienced Account Manager with client-facing confidence and naturally focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will be joining a diverse, inclusive and multi-cultural Team, working in a vibrant and progressive environment that promotes continuous learning and development.
Main tasks:
The successful candidate will
- Manage and develop strategic clients’ relationship working towards an annual revenue target and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Be responsible for the analysis of primarily in-bound enquiries, the closing of deals and securing repeat business
- Implement best practice translation and digital marketing workflows by fully understanding projects prior to providing a quotation
- Put in place streamlined and cost-effective solutions for the customer, by going through a stringent project set up process
- Manage client’s expectations, by making sure that all the stake holders on client side are kept in the loop through effective written, verbal and face-to-face communication
- Be responsible for ensuring projects’ on time delivery according to best practice quality standards.
- Provide collaborative support to Project Managers and Project Coordinator resources, empowering and helping them to deliver projects to agreed deadlines and budgets
- Support all other members of the team and act as a mentor for junior team members
- Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to make sure that the pipeline for potential projects coming from existing client is kept up to date

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
You have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B / B2C / Customer Service focused environment
- A track record of planning and managing multiple localization projects, including digital marketing and copywriting
- A good understanding of the concepts and features of industry applications: CMS, Translation Memory, Terminology Management, Machine Translation and analytics
- Hands-on commercial experience including quoting, forecasting and budgeting
- Minimum qualification: BA or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of publishing software such as InDesign and tagged file formats.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- An outgoing personality with a natural flair to build relationships
